LeCar.ch SA is a corporation founded in April 2010 by a team of professionals in the passenger transportation industry. Since 2021, the company has been experiencing strong growth, driven by rising demand for customized mobility solutions and a focus on service quality.

leCar.ch enjoys an excellent reputation as one of the most reliable players in the Canton of Geneva’s tourist transport sector.

After 25 years in marketing management, sales management and business unit management in major automotive companies, I wanted to become an entrepreneur, running a company on a human scale, and above all to get closer to my customers!

At leCar.ch, I appreciate the ability to act quickly and develop the company, always with a view to providing the best possible service to our customers, combining rigor, professionalism, flexibility and friendliness.

I learned the passenger transport business as a coach driver, and then set up the company over 15 years ago. Even today, leCar.ch is “my baby” and I’m fully committed to it!

I’m responsible for driver management, fleet management and the customer experience. I like to get back behind the wheel regularly, to keep in touch with our partners and the field!

I do my utmost to ensure that our service is of impeccable quality and that our customers always receive a warm welcome.

OLIVIER GONCALVES

Operations Manager

After 15 years’ experience in passenger transport, vehicle fleet management and operations planning, I joined leCar.ch in 2025 as Operations Manager, to support its development. I’m delighted to have joined the company and the team, which puts customer service at the heart of its concerns.

MARION TOMAS

Travel & Excursion Service

As the daughter of a coach operator, I grew up in the world of passenger transport! After nearly 20 years’ experience in the travel and excursion sector, both in travel agencies and with coach operators, I joined leCar.ch in 2024 to develop the travel and excursion business. It’s a pleasure to be able to create tailor-made programs for our customers (local authorities, groups of senior citizens or leisure centers…) and enable them to enjoy their personalized trip in complete safety and peace of mind.

JORGE PINHO

Commerce – Management

After 10 years’ experience in customer service and VIP transport, as well as training in management, I joined leCar.ch at the beginning of 2025. My duties cover both the preparation of commercial offers and the management of the company.

ALEXANDRA MURATORE

Business, management and human resources.

After graduating from high school and gaining experience in events management in the high-end watchmaking industry, I decided to continue my training by taking a commercial apprenticeship. My training is divided between teaching at school and in-company experience. I’m delighted to have joined leCar.ch in July 2025, to assist the team in sales, management and human resources. It’s extremely rewarding for me to take part in the life of a dynamic and growing SME, and to discover the different facets of corporate life.

Recruitment at leCar.ch is based on a rigorous selection process including CV analysis, interviews, administrative checks, reference checks and a driving test. Successful candidates have solid experience and demonstrate professionalism, rigor and a sense of customer service. A gradual integration process is then put in place, with training, support in the field and skills development for increasingly complex assignments.
